We're looking for a Human Resources Advisor who thrives on building relationships and delivering practical HR support where it counts – in the field. This role is not desk‑bound. You'll spend significant time on stations, travelling extensively across our pastoral operations to connect with leaders and team members, embed People & Culture initiatives, and provide hands‑on support.

What you'll do
* Be a trusted advisor across all stages of the employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding.
* Support leaders with employee relations matters, including investigations and performance conversations.
* Partner with our Safety team to drive cultural and behavioural change initiatives.
* Maintain HR systems and processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
* Deliver onboarding presentations and engagement activities for local and international employees.
What makes this role unique
* Extensive travel : Expect to be on‑site for at least one week per month (often more), building strong relationships and understanding the realities of station life.
