Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
Food and Drink Servers - up early for Breakfast service OR all services
Conference and Events - drinks and buffet service

Skills and experience:
The positions report to Food and Beverage Managers and work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.
We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and skilled food and beverage wizards!
You will need to demonstrate:
Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
A current QLD RSA Certificate
Availability across a 7 day roster - AM and PM shifts
A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
