Social Support Volunteers enjoy a chat, have a calm and understanding manner and are able to assist with various activities which may include outings, gentle exercise, music, craft, quizzes, reading, playing a board game with a resident or alternatively you may have a skill you would like to share.
Our O'Mara House aged care home in Traralgon offers a range of lifestyle programs giving our residents the prospect to participate in different types of recreational and social activities.
The activities are planned with the participants to ensure their needs and interests are met and are designed to maintain independence and enhance their quality of life.
