With exciting growth and new contracts underway, we are seeking a skilled People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and support the development of our people and culture across the Entech Group.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the People & Culture Coordinator will coordinate and maintain all aspects of Human Resources management, cultural diversity, and inclusivity across the organisation. This part time position offers flexibility while giving you the opportunity to play a central role in recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly cycle, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Collaborate with management and employees to resolve HR and employee relations matters.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate and support apprenticeship programs and work with ADMS and training providers.
- Stay up to date with employment laws, awards, and industrial relations requirements.
- Assist with Return-to-Work claims and liaise with relevant authorities and insurers.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Support engagement activities, diversity and inclusion programs, and company-wide events.
- Provide workforce reporting and HR data analysis as required.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and general HR administration.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR coordination/management, with strong knowledge of employment legislation and awards.
- Experience in processing payroll with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, thorough, and adaptable, with the ability to work across all levels of the business.
- Skilled presentation and a commitment to confidentiality.
