We are now seeking an Accountant to play a critical role in strengthening our financial systems, improving reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic growth. About the Role: This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to a proactive Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will work closely with leadership to drive financial clarity, accountability, and performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Management Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including reconciliations and financial reporting packs. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts across multiple cost centres and SIL properties. Variance Analysis: Provide detailed financial insights, identify trends, and explain variances to senior leadership. Commercial & Operational Support: Partner with department leads to improve financial performance and decision-making. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in financial systems and implement scalable processes to support growth. NDIS & Payroll Oversight: Support financial alignment across SCHADS Award structures, payroll, and participant billing.
