Role
Account Executive - Domain. This role focuses on virtual sales of Digital/Software solutions to existing Commercial Real Estate clients. Hybrid working with access to sociable teams. Attractive commission and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of Commercial Real Estate Agency clients through end-to-end virtual management and solution selling.
* Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling on new products and features; become an expert in Real Estate software solutions for a designated client patch.
* Introduce new and featured products that solve client problems and help them achieve their goals.
* Clarify pricing and customer value across Domain solutions; identify opportunities for upselling where possible.
* Address queries and pain points; proactively solve customer needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals go out on time and document all sales activity with monthly revenue targets.
* Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for Commercial Real Estate.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling or account management; or Real Estate Agency experience as a Sales Agent or similar.
* Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport over the phone.
* Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
* Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling; make technical concepts easy to understand.
* Enthusiasm and drive to meet targets.
Nice to Haves
* Virtual/phone-based sales experience
* Previous experience with Salesforce
* Understanding of residential real estate
