Job Role:
This role involves offering technical leadership, supporting best engineering and agile practices with the application team. The successful candidate will manage the full system lifecycle including upgrades, integrations, user support, and compliance ensuring the platform meets clinical, administrative, and business needs.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years working as a backend developer across the Microsoft stack, C#, .NET, SQL. They should be experienced in following Agile Development practices and have run scrum meetings. Strong knowledge of system integration standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and interface engines are also required.
Desirable Skills:
* Enterprise healthcare application management, ideally within patient management or EMR platforms.
* Hands-on experience in managing complex systems across cloud/on-prem hybrid environments.
* Proven track record in system architecture, incident management, vendor oversight, and release management.
* Familiarity with security protocols, identity access management, and Australian data privacy and cybersecurity standards.
