Capecare is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to provide direct care to residents in our Busselton Residential Care Facility. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and review of residents' care plans, monitor their well-being, and work with the wider care team to deliver excellent care.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
* To maintain accurate records of resident's medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
* To participate in regular meetings with the multidisciplinary team to discuss resident's progress and any concerns or issues.
