Miss Chow's Group is seeking a professional to oversee the operational aspects of our venue. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in establishing and growing a multi-faceted venue.
This dynamic role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the primary objectives of the venue are met. The incumbent will utilise skills including project management, goal setting, and administrative support. Excellent listening skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the FOH department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, upholding Miss Chow's legendary service standards.
* Develop and implement customer loyalty initiatives to drive repeat business.
* Ensure the venue is consistently well prepared for each service, stocked through adequate planning and ordering.
* Manage supplies, delivery days, and minimum order quantities to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with the Head Chef to promote specials and seasonal food offerings.
* Coordinate events, meetings, and promotions, procuring requirements and managing email databases.
* Drive sales and marketing initiatives to improve productivity and meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in restaurant capacity and style.
* Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Events Management, or equivalent.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads under pressure.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Experience in managing, leading, and training staff in a busy venue.
* Strong understanding of budgetary controls and financial acumen.
* Great interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Strong knowledge of marketing channels and promotional techniques.
* Be flexible and willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays.
* Sound understanding of health and safety standards in particular food handling.
