Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead design across fast-moving initiatives. This role is hands‐on and execution‐driven – turning ambiguous problems into clear flows and shipped experiences. You will work across multiple projects, iterate quickly, and deliver high‐quality design under tight timelines.
This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities:
* Own design from concept through launch across multiple concurrent projects.
* Lead 0→1 design for new products and features.
* Translate ambiguous inputs into clear flows, wireframes, and high‐fidelity designs.
* Design for conversion, usability, and measurable outcomes.
* Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiments.
* Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure quality in execution.
* Produce clear specs that enable fast, accurate implementation.
* Identify UX gaps and drive improvements proactively.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree is required.
* 5+ years of UX/product design experience, including 0→1 product work.
* Strong portfolio showing shipped work and impact on user behavior (e.g., conversion, engagement).
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
* Excellent at turning ambiguous problems into clear, structured solutions.
* High proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
* Comfortable designing live (e.g., in working sessions) and incorporating real-time feedback.
* Strong communication; able to explain decisions clearly and concisely.
* Strong understanding of front‐end (HTML/CSS/JS); hands‐on experience coding simple front‐end, like static pages, is highly preferred.
* High ownership, speed, adaptability, and attention to detail are a must.
