What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Client Development Manager, you will plan, prepare, and deliver exceptional client experiences and events, and provide CRM support to the Oceania network.
As part of the client team, your role will include:
* Supporting the execution of in-boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in line with Maison guidelines
* Curating client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events
* Coordinating festive client gifting initiatives with stakeholders and departments
* Supporting reporting and client insights for boutique teams
* Collaborating with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention
* Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers
