As our Centre Manager, you'll work at a renowned shopping centre based on the Gold Coast, taking full advantage of the seaside environment with the responsibility for managing a great onsite team, a range of specialty retailers, an alfresco dining precinct and entertainment precinct.
Your focus in this role is to provide a high level of service to the client, maximising the return of investment for the centre, tenant retention, and minimising risk by leading and developing our onsite team.
Other key responsibilities include;
Complying with all Acts of Legislation
Meeting appropriate deadlines imposed by the client and our Account Director
Having a thorough understanding and appreciation for the market environment, including competition, development proposals and infrastructure
Ensuring accurate records of all documentation are being maintained including tenancy schedule, financial statements, leases, and retailer files
Preparing annual budget, business plan, marketing plan, and monthly reports
Administering the leases ensuring that correct charges are raised, reviews are done on time, turnover figures collected, turnover rental charged, outgoing reconciliation's completed, and confirming that all parties adhere to the conditions of the lease
Ensuring vacancies are advertised effectively
Actively seek out new tenants to fill vacancies
Liaising continually with leasing operatives
Monitoring tenancy mix to ensure optimum rentals are achieved

You possess shopping centre management experience with proven exposure to finance and budgeting, operations, marketing and leasing.
We need a strong leader who can manage a talented team, who is willing to engage with Council and community stakeholders. The tenants also require someone who will engage with them regularly and is 100% invested in their interests.
You are able to make the right decisions, communicate courteously and proactively, learning all about the customers short
- and long-term needs, determined to achieve the best results.
A Qld Real Estate Salesperson Certificate is required.
