We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Indigenous Customer Service Attendants to join our Aviation and Transport Team at Perth Airport on a Casual basis.
Exciting opportunities exist at ISS to pursue a career in the Aviation sector with our pathway for our Indigenous Customer Service candidates to transition into a Security role at Perth Airport.
Reporting to Supervisors, with a supportive supervisory team you will work daily to provide the best customer service at different passenger screening points at Perth Airport. A Typical day for you will include providing consistent high quality customer service to passengers travelling through Perth Airport and efficiently managing traffic flow of customers through to terminals.
What we are looking for:
* Experience in customer service or a keen interest in working in a dynamic airport environment
* Ability to successfully pass Drug & Alcohol screening
* The ability to obtain an ASIC card sponsored by ISS (No criminal history within the last 10 years)
* Hold an unrestricted driver's licence and have own reliable vehicle
* 24/7 Availability to work on a rotating roster
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
