What This Job Involves
The Property Manager will be based at JLL Perth Office where you will join our Property Management team supporting a select group of private Clients. You will be responsible for the operational and financial management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets where you will be required to provide a high level of service delivery to our Clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Day to day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets in metropolitan Perth
* Strategic management of the portfolio including generation of ideas to add value to the assets as well as cost saving measures to drive our clients' investment performance
* Management of financials including payment and recovery of outgoings, monthly reporting and reconciliations with support from your internal Portfolio Accountants
* Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
* Management of EH&S, Sustainability and Risk Management Programs
* Maintaining positive relationships with your Tenants to drive retention and lease renewal opportunities
* Building operational management, including arranging repairs and maintenance and managing service contractors as required as well as co‐ordination with Facilities Management staff
Desired Experience And Technical Skills
* Commercial property management experience (3 years+)
* Tertiary qualifications (Property or Financial) would be an advantage however not essential
* Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate (including Property Management) is required
* Excellent organisational and time management skills and an ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential
* Strong financial acumen
* A proven track record in gaining the trust of and delivering a high standard of service to clients
