Lifestyle Management Partners Pty Ltd – Leederville WA

Are you a detail-oriented, organised, and proactive professional looking for a dynamic role that encompasses a variety of administrative tasks? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team and support the development of our Over 50's Lifestyle Resorts throughout Western Australia.

Responsibilities

* Processing sales contracts and filing sales documentation.
* Monitor the receival of client deposits and payments.
* Assist with subject sale processes to determine client settlement and move in dates.
* Organise irrevocable authority forms where applicable.
* Maintain sales and marketing reports and deliver updates at bi-weekly sales meetings.
* Ensure CRM is updated with all new information and is accurate.
* Record and track client variations.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Assist the sales team with customer inquiries on an ad-hoc basis.
* Assist in ensuring website information, pricelists, and downloadable documents are always current.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
* Prepare meeting agendas, formalise meeting minutes and distribute to appropriate parties.
* Monitor new home maintenance requests.
* Foster positive, respectful and trusting relationships with client base.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software. Experience using Monday.com will be highly regarded.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of work.
* Adaptability and a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
* Sales experience will be advantageous.
* Full-time position with flexible working hours (within reason).
