**The Role**
You will be responsible for planning and delivering data driven, personalised customer journeys and experience with the aim to acquire, win back and cross sell offers within the product portfolio. You will design, launch, and optimise end to end member journeys across numerous channels and programs of work, ensuring you deliver seamless 1:1 communications.
- Proactively develop and deliver one-to-one data driven, member growth (lead nurture, X-Sell, upgrade, winback) activity and journeys. This includes development of activity, comms, stakeholder engagement, creative review, agency/supplier coordination and the reporting and tracking of results & insights
- Work with a cross functional team to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Develop customised 1:1 communications and marketing campaigns.
- Utilise data to inform decisions and manage metrics to ensure revenue pipeline and growth
**The Person**
You will have a strong background in Marketing, Direct and data driven working across the complete end to end journey for customers with proven experience of acquisition and growth. You will be eager to assist across cross functional teams and be able to develop best practice for the strategy.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing
- Experience working in financial services is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Strong negotiation skills and people management
- Excellent communication experience
