Junior Recruiter / Candidate Manager - Healthcare
Hi - James here.
I'm the Head of Recruitment here at ForHealth.
Due to team promotions and growth, I'm looking for a Junior Recruiter / Candidate Manager to join our team.
This isn't a human resourcing role and it's not a call-centre role.
It is a hands-on recruitment role within one of the strongest healthcare recruitment teams in Australia – and a proven training ground for junior recruiters who want real progression.
The role
You'll support senior recruiters across General Practice, Urgent Care and Allied Health, working directly with candidates and learning recruitment end-to-end.
You'll be involved in:
Sourcing and engaging candidates
Speaking directly with doctors and health professionals
Coordinating interviews and site visits
Managing candidate pipelines and follow-ups
Learning how recruitment deals are structured and closed
You'll be given responsibility early, with strong coaching and support.
Who this suits
This role is ideal if you:

Healthcare experience is helpful, but not essential.
