About the role
Lead and coordinate patient support and cleaning services across RBWH Operating Theatres, ICU, and Burns Unit, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, staffing, and workflow to maintain service continuity and theatre efficiency.
* Manage and mentor a large team, driving performance, training, and workplace culture aligned with Metro North values.
* Ensure compliance with cleaning standards, safety regulations, and quality improvement initiatives through audits and reporting.
* Act as a key liaison with clinical teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication to support patient care.
