What We're Looking For:
Front-of-House Supervisor
* Experience in restaurant supervision
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Confident knowledge of food, wine, and elevated service standards
* Calm under pressure with excellent communication
* Ability to lead floor operations, manage guest flow, and handle feedback professionally
* Hands-on attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
* Willingness to train and support FOH team development
Front-of-House Waitstaff
* Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or guest-facing roles
* Knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (or willingness to learn)
* Warm, confident presence with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to provide full table service, take accurate orders, and guide guests through menus
* Comfortable explaining steak cuts and wine pairings
* Organised and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
* Willing to assist teammates and maintain a polished, elegant section
* Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
Kitchenhands & Dishwashers
* Experience in kitchen or fast-paced hospitality settings preferred
* Reliable, punctual, and quick on your feet
* Ability to wash and sanitise dishes and kitchen equipment efficiently
* Maintain clean, organised workstations and support hygiene standards
* Assist with basic food prep and support chefs during service
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and adapt during busy periods
* Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
