As a key account representative, you will work closely with customers to provide assistance and support in various activities such as coordinating jobs, processing warranty orders and troubleshooting service solutions.
The primary responsibilities of this role include being the main point of contact for several key account customers, responding to internal and external inquiries regarding customer orders and processing warranty and rework orders efficiently.
Troubleshooting involves collaborating with manufacturing, delivery and installation functions to resolve issues promptly. You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate high levels of professionalism and customer service.
Key qualities required for success in this position include the ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and intermediate computer skills including MS Office Suite.
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
* Able to work in an open-plan office environment and maintain confidentiality when necessary.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
