We’re looking for an Assistant Retail Manager – Visual Merchandise to lead the way in bringing our store to life through premium storytelling, brand activations, and world-class visual merchandising.
You'll be hands-on in shaping the consumer experience, collaborating with our Courtside Marketing and Brand Visual Teams, along with our Merchandising Team, and setting a new standard in experiential retail.

What You'll Do:
* Lead all visual merchandising execution across a large-format retail space
* Create immersive consumer experiences that drive connection and brand loyalty
* Collaborate with the Courtside Marketing team, Courtside Merchandising team and Brands' Marketing and VM teams to elevate activations and in-store storytelling
* Inspire, coach, and lead a team of 40+ to own visual and service excellence
* Maintain strong knowledge of brands, products, launches, and cultural trends — and drive that passion through the team
* A leader in visual merchandising from premium, lifestyle, or experiential retail
* Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and innovation
* Passionate about basketball culture, fashion, sneakers, and consumer experience
* Energetic, operationally strong, and ready to inspire
