Activity Coordinator Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Activity Coordinator.
* This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards in resource estimation, activity planning, and basic scheduling of services work for onshore facilities.
* Lifting plans, scaffolding work packs, and designs will be prepared by the successful candidate.
* Collaboration with facility short, mid, and long-term planning teams is essential for accurate work scope scheduling.
* The Activity Coordinator will organize and facilitate HAZID / HIGH Level Risk Assessments for critical or high-risk scopes of work.
* Supporting and overseeing crane movements across site is also a key responsibility.
* Maintenance of compliance with all Australian and company standards is mandatory.
* Risk assessments and permitting will be developed and implemented by the successful candidate.
