Job Description:

* Efficiently manage store operations, including rostering and wage expenses
* Manage stock levels in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient inventory control
* Collaborate with the Store Manager and Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals who share our passion for excellence
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager or Full-time worker in a retail environment
* Passion for the retail industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to manage budgets and generate efficient rosters that meet business needs
* Operational excellence in stock control and visual merchandising, with a focus on driving sales and improving customer satisfaction
