IT Infrastructure Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting across a wide range of technologies, managing and resolving level 2 & 3 support tickets, and ensuring Incidents, Events and Problem tickets are resolved and Service Requests are fulfilled on time within the agreed-upon SLA.
You will also work closely with our TechOps department to resolve issues for our customers, update documentation to keep our processes and knowledge up to date, and attend client on-site visits as rostered on a rotating schedule.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a Systems Administrator role with exposure to AWS and/or Azure, experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing system, previous exposure to infrastructure monitoring tools, and a solid understanding of Incident and Problem Management.
