Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive organizational growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and achieving business objectives, developing and implementing strategies, and overseeing overall organizational management.
* To revitalize overseas real estate sales growth in China through strategic marketing and partnership development, the ideal candidate should have relevant experience and expertise in this area.
* The Managing Director will lead and oversee the allocation of resources (materials, personnel, and finances) to execute policies and programs, ensuring effective use of resources and maximum return on investment.
* Evaluate organizational performance against established goals and strategic objectives, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management team members.
* Engage with senior management team members to review their recommendations and reports, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Create or coordinate the development of reports, budgets, and forecasts for presentation to governing boards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Represent the organization at formal events, negotiations, conferences, seminars, public meetings, and other forums, promoting the organization's vision and mission.
* Making or approving decisions regarding senior staff appointments, ensuring that the right people are in place to drive business success.
* Ensure organizational adherence to corporate law and other applicable regulations, maintaining a strong reputation and credibility within the industry.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Australian experience is preferred.
