We are seeking an experienced and motivated nursing professional to take on an exciting clinical management role as our Nursing Unit Manager - Ambulatory Care Department at Mudgee Health Service. Ambulatory Care covers a broad range of care delivery, from preventative and primary care through to specialist services and tertiary level care as well as Hospital in the Home (HiTH) services. Your role will involve day to day running of the department such as rostering, resource allocations, problem solving and mentoring staff. You will also act as a role model to uphold policies and professional standards practices delivering evidence based best-practice. This role manages a small team of Nurses and is based at the newly redeveloped Mudgee Health Service, offering a modern & well equipped working environment.
