* We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Marketing Lead, responsible for driving meaningful engagement and generating high-quality leads that support our long-term business goals.
* The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and testing marketing initiatives across all media to achieve real business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation Strategy & Optimisation:
* Design and run a continuous cycle of A/B tests across key conversion points (e.g., website, landing pages) to improve lead generation for both divisions.
* Develop and scale effective user acquisition programs, utilising distinct channel mixes: B2B (e.g., LinkedIn, industry publications) for Expo/Museums, and continuously seek out and validate new, scalable acquisition channels.
2. Brand Awareness & Recruitment Marketing:
* Strategically enhance the brand to be seen as the experts in our field and the designer of choice for Museums and Experience Centres.
* Strengthen our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through marketing to attract excellent talent to support recruitment efforts.
3. Campaign Testing & Analysis:
* Be a skilled marketer across all media (digital, social, traditional) able to test, analyze, and iterate campaigns quickly.
* Continuously track marketing spend against the revenue generated from both divisions, ensuring all growth initiatives are financially sound and contribute clearly to Marketing ROI and success.
4. Customer Retention & Loyalty:
* Implement strategies, informed by direct customer feedback (surveys, focus groups), to increase engagement.
* This includes encouraging repeat Expo bookings and building client loyalty to maximise the overall Lifetime Value (LTV) of our customer base.
