About the Role
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team in a full-time permanent role.
This position will provide support in our branch network, with the possibility of relocation to another branch within the North Region as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and deliver retail banking products through various channels.
2. Offer relief to branches within the North Region.
3. Open accounts and assist customers with their current accounts face-to-face.
4. Engage in meaningful conversations to provide the best outcome for customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
5. Collaborate with customers to set aspirational financial targets.
6. Stay connected with customers via phone and email.
