What You'll Be Doing… This is a busy, varied role where no two days look the same. You'll be the organisational backbone of the office — keeping everything on track and supporting the wider team with whatever comes your way. HR administration — onboarding, uniforms, leave management and apprenticeship admin Processing weekly payroll Fleet and vehicle management — servicing, repairs, fuel cards and vehicle audits Answering calls, greeting visitors and managing incoming deliveries Coordinating and minuting toolbox and safety meetings Maintaining WHS documentation and monitoring daily risk assessments Active involvement in ISO certification implementation and auditing Managing subcontractor insurance records and office supplies Service coordination — managing recurring jobs and supporting new customer growth Managing marketing and social media content Supporting the Office Manager, MD and Project Managers with day-to-day needs General office upkeep and ad hoc tasks as required What's In It For You… 4 day work week for genuine work-life balance Weekly team meetings and regular social events A workplace where your work is seen, valued and appreciated Real opportunity to grow with the business What You'll Need… 3 years in a similar administration role Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Proven payroll experience, particularly with complex modern awards Ability to work autonomously and take real ownership A positive, professional team-player attitude Simpro experience (highly desirable) Construction industry background (highly desirable) Xero experience (advantageous) Please apply today.
