Job Overview
* Ensure continuity of client care and communicate case plan progress to team members.
* Accurately record client information and meet administrative requirements.
* Develop effective working relationships with staff, case managers, and stakeholders.
* Monitor building security and manage grounds responsibly.
* Respond promptly to incidents impacting resident safety in line with centre guidelines.
* Adhere to centre policies and procedures, reporting any breaches immediately.
Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Community Services (desired).
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work with individuals from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
* Familiarity with local Aboriginal cultures and communities (highly regarded).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Current NT Driver's Licence.
