The Talent Acquisition Specialist, Supply Chain role is a pivotal position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting the successful attraction, selection, and retention of award-based team members into our distribution centre.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with key stakeholders, participating in interview and selection processes, and planning and organizing pre-employment medical assessments.
">
This role also involves maintaining close relationships with casual labour hire agencies to achieve consistency in the supply of team members aligned to cultural fit and suitability to store worker positions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
* Experience across different recruitment approaches, including direct hire, traditional recruitment platforms, labour hire, local communities, and social-media platforms.
* Awareness of the local labour market, including attraction and retention strategies.
* Previous experience in warehouse DC operations, including manual handling equipment operators and inventory management.
* Demonstrated experience of direct on-site connection and management of award-based and labour hire teams.
* Experience influencing and negotiating with leadership teams and key stakeholders in FMCG environments or similar.
* Understanding of and desirable labour hire account management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to drive new initiatives and campaign for candidate sourcing during peak periods.
