Drive the School’s strategic direction and lead its academic and research agenda.
Foster academic excellence through innovative teaching and high‑quality research.
Cultivate impactful partnerships across industry, government, and professional bodies.
Create a collaborative, inclusive culture and lead with cultural awareness, particularly regarding First Nations peoples.
Position the School for long‑term success and impact.
Qualifications
PhD in a relevant health and rehabilitation sciences discipline.
Internationally recognised track record of research excellence and strong teaching portfolio, including substantial publication record in high‑quality journals.
Proved ability to secure competitive research funding.
Effective PhD supervision experience.
Values‑driven leadership with strategic capability, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to unite and inspire diverse teams.
Strong external engagement skills and a proven record of building productive relationships across sectors.
