About the role
Apiam is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the business, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to a commercially minded marketer who enjoys building structure, lifting capability, and delivering measurable outcomes in a complex, multi-site environment. This is an opportunity to establish stronger foundations, scalable systems and consistent frameworks that support growth at clinic level. This role will lead the development and execution of a national marketing strategy, while working closely with clinic leaders and local marketing champions to bring campaigns to life on the ground.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a scalable marketing strategy aligned to growth targets
* Driving revenue uplift at clinic level through acquisition and repeat visitation
* Establishing consistent foundations across content, campaigns, EDMs, social, websites and paid channels
* Lifting digital capability, including marketing automation and CRM-driven activity
* Enabling clinic leaders to adopt and execute campaigns effectively
* Bringing clinics to life through storytelling, education, events and vet-led content
Skills & experience
You'll bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and practical execution, with experience operating in environments where structure needs to be built, not inherited.
Key experience includes:
* Background in multi-site environments such as retail, healthcare, franchise or similar
* Strong digital capability across paid, organic, social, EDMs and websites
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Klaviyo or similar)
* Demonstrated ability to link marketing activity to commercial outcomes and revenue growth
* Comfort operating both strategically and hands-on in a fast-growth setting
Culture | Why work for us
This is a role for someone who thrives in change and enjoys bringing order to complexity. You'll be optimistic, solutions-focused and comfortable influencing a broad range of stakeholders, from clinic leaders to executive peers.
Apiam offers:
* A genuine opportunity to shape a national marketing function from the ground up
* Strong executive support and visibility
* Flexibility in how and where work gets done, based on trust and outcomes
* The ability to balance structure and consistency with creativity and local nuance
