Leverage your skills to make a meaningful impact in the beautiful Northern Rivers region. As a key member of our Community Mental Health team, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to increase service capacity and address the acute needs of consumers experiencing a mental health crisis.

* Provide specialist mental health interventions within a dynamic and supportive environment, including triage, assertive outreach, comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, clinical formulation, management of risks and safety planning.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery and effective discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality mental health services to consumers 18 years and older who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve service goals and objectives.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified allied health professional (e.g., Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Counsellor, Occupational Therapist) or registered nurse with relevant experience and qualifications.
* Proven experience working in community mental health or similar settings.
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and recovery-oriented approaches.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
