OverviewJob Description: Experience with broad variety of ERP applications and data/digital projects in a business-facing capacity.
Candidates must demonstrate successful project management and delivery of system implementations, migrations, integration across the full IT solution delivery lifecycle.
Must demonstrate an autonomous, proactive, can-do attitude and proven flexibility in managing a wide variety of project types.
Must be prepared to manage smaller, multiple concurrent projects.
Stakeholder relationship management experience and co-design in large complex organizations.
Project/programme management of a complex program with multiple organizations involved.
Demonstrate strong planning and structured approach to project delivery, and be highly competent in putting together project plans using Microsoft Project.
Experience in building and managing effective project teams.
Experience with change management (both business and IT) for complex programs.
Demonstrate good negotiation and influencing skills.
Politically and organisationally savvy.
A project/programme qualification and exposure to a range of project methodologies (e.g. Agile/PRINCE2 Agile/PMBOK).
Experience with Clarity or other Project Management tools.
Experience with projects involving ERP implementations/migrations/upgrades (JDE, SAP), Work Management / Field Services (e.g. Kronos, Microsoft Dynamics Field Services).
