Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business growth across the **SMB and mid-market segments**, primarily handling **inbound leads** for the ANZ region.
You will engage with prospective customers, understand their business challenges, and demonstrate how comprehensive suite of SaaS products can help them achieve their goals. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, relationship-building ability, and comfort working in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent pipeline progression
* Engage with prospects and trial users, building trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
* Conduct tailored product demonstrations and sales presentations showcasing value proposition
* Guide prospects through the full sales cycle from discovery to closure
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking using CRM tools
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs
* Act as a customer advocate by communicating client needs internally and ensuring appropriate solutions
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and SaaS industry developments
* Participate in customer meetings, events, and industry activities as required
Skills & Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in **Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS sales**
* Strong **B2B and SaaS selling experience** (preferred)
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
* Experience selling SaaS solutions such as **CRM, ERP, Accounting, HRMS**, or related platforms is an advantage
* Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or partially remote environment
* Hands-on experience using CRM systems for pipeline and performance management
* Willingness to travel domestically within Australia when required
