Sales and Procurement Coordinator
At CSE Uniserve, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Procurement Coordinator to support the smooth flow of customer orders from sales to site. The successful candidate will oversee inventory coordination and ensure stock levels are maintained in line with policy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate logistics and delivery expectations with suppliers;
* Manage supplier records on ERP systems;
* Liaise with customers and manage air and sea freight suppliers;
* Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders;
* Provide administrative support for procurement and logistics processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in procurement/inventory management administration/coordination role;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills;
* Strong computer and systems aptitude with knowledge of Microsoft packages and ERP systems;
* Ability to problem solve and create solutions;
* Excellent attention to detail and diligence around work;
* A strong track record in coordinating/multiple projects and stakeholders with success;
* Proud team and work ethic with a can-do attitude.
