Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms. You will work closely with software engineering teams to provide technical guidance and support for cloud-based application deployments. Your role will involve optimizing our cloud infrastructure while supporting our development teams in delivering exceptional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure Management: Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Cloudflare platforms; Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability; Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates; Monitor and maintain system reliability, availability, and performance.
* Developer Support: Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs; Provide technical guidance and support for cloud-based application deployments; Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues affecting development workflows; Create and maintain documentation for cloud services and deployment processes.
* Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices across all cloud environments; Manage access controls, networking, and data protection measures; Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies; Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability management.
* Automation & Optimization: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment; Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency; Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue detection; Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
* Cloud Platform experience and Cloudflare expertise;
* Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools;
* Strong understanding of networking concepts, security principles and cloud architecture;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* High level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
