The primary function of this position is to collaborate with senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor. This role entails partnering with the business to comprehend their needs and providing guidance on the development and implementation of both strategic and operational initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement, foster a positive culture and drive high performance.

Requirements
\
This role requires an individual with 5+ years' experience in HR generalist roles, working with and influencing senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience as a HR Business Partner gained in a matrix organisation, fast-paced environment or professional services. They must also possess strong communication skills, ability to influence and present to senior leadership, and experience in managing the delivery of multiple talent initiatives.
