Role Overview

We're seeking an accomplished Sales Development Representative to spearhead our cold outreach initiatives, identify high-potential leads, and facilitate meaningful connections with healthcare practitioners.

Main Responsibilities

1. Identify and research prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
2. Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, social media) to engage with prospects and pique their interest in our healthcare solutions.
3. Employ a consultative approach to discovery calls to comprehend the prospect's needs, pain points, and objectives, and demonstrate how our solutions can address these challenges.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share insights, and optimize lead generation strategies.


Key Qualifications

* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the SaaS or healthcare sectors.
o Demonstrated success in generating leads through high-volume, targeted outreach efforts across multiple channels (cold calling, emails, social media).
o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling quick rapport-building and articulate value proposition delivery.
o Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven with a strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of accountability.
