To provide excellent customer service to Albury Airport customers and assist in the efficient operation of the cafe, bar and terminal facility.

Qualifications & experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in supervising a small team
- Experience in a customer focused environment including cash handling
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist customers with sales/purchases required in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide a high level of hospitality expertise in food and beverage handling and presentation
- Operate POS registers for Cafe and Bar sales, including reconciliation, daily banking, eftpos and change bags
- Cleaning in the following areas:
- foyer table/chairs, lounge areas, bench tops, cafe, bar and store
- all equipment used for food cooking and presentation, e.g., coffee maker, salad bar, grilles, toasters, microwave, pie warmer, deep fryer and range hood filters
- floor areas in bar, cafe, cool room and when necessary cafe service areas
- refrigerators, counter top and fronts, bench, cool room interior, bar fridge doors, shelves and glassware
Hours
Hours of work will be based on a 38 hour week, averaging 25 hours per week over a 3 week rotating cycle. Actual days and times will be in accordance with the 7 day/week facility roster. Airport Cafe operational hours are generally 5:15am – 6:30pm.
