The Health Partnerships and Networks team is on the lookout for a Provider Operations and Partnerships Manager— a strategic powerhouse who thrives on building strong relationships and driving operational excellence across our hospital partnership network.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with key stakeholders to improve patient outcomes, data quality, and cost efficiency.
What You’ll Be Driving
- Lead strategic programs across Medibank’s public and private hospital portfolio.
- Build trusted partnerships with public hospitals and government health departments.
- Manage benefit outlay, rate reviews, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee Out-of-Contract (OOC) and Hospital Closure processes.
- Deliver the Control Assurance Program (CAP) audit pipeline.
- Coordinate annual funding updates for Public Hospitals, Second Tier, and Brochure schedules.
- Champion process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-first outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (bonus if you’re SAFe, PMP, or Prince2 certified).
- A couple of years’ experience in project delivery, ideally in agile environments.
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to juggle complex initiatives and competing priorities.
- Experience in compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for enterprise-wide impact.
