We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
This is not a role for someone who waits for opportunities to come to them. We are looking for a proven performer who can identify opportunities, generate their own leads, build relationships, and consistently convert prospects into long-term clients.
About the Role
Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across all divisions of our organisation, including:
* Security Officers & Static Guarding
* Mobile Patrol Services
* Alarm Response Services
* Electronic Security Systems
* CCTV & Video Surveillance
* Access Control Solutions
* Alarm Systems & Monitoring Services
* Integrated Security Solutions
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify your own leads
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
* Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and presentations
* Prepare proposals and quotations
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
* Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives
* Represent ASC professionally within the marketplace
* Identify opportunities across both physical and electronic security sectors
About You
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
* Proven Business Development or Sales experience
* Experience within the security industry (highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of electronic security and/or guarding services
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A professional and driven attitude
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* A track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
