Dynamic Youth Development Role
Empowering young people is at the core of this role. As a youth developer, you will facilitate group sessions focused on employability and life skills, helping participants develop confidence and capabilities needed to thrive in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate group sessions and provide one-on-one mentoring and support to empower young individuals
* Collaborate with local organizations to generate employment opportunities
* Assist in recruitment efforts and program promotion to increase community engagement
* Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent qualification is required
* Experience in program facilitation and development
* Demonstrated expertise in youth work and community engagement
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role
