Are you 100% customer focused and driven to provide both top notch tucker and guest experiences?
This is a full-time permanent position, that will provide a mix of front of house coordination, kitchen and team oversight including rostering.
What You Will Do
You will work closely alongside the Cook, Resort Management, and the Group Food and Beverage Manager to represent the core values of the NRMA in terms of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist to prep and cook menu items as neededAssist with Cafe team rosters and sufficient employee numbersControl and positively influence 'Cost of Sales'Assist the Park Management team to operate within department budgetCollaborate with the Park Manager & Group Food & Beverage Manager to create strategic plans to develop the departmentMaintain and develop positive relationships with suppliersComply with Licensing, Food Safety Plan and OHS requirements as applicableUltimately, and above all, create and maintain a positive, dynamic working culture that creates moments of unforgettable quality!
What You Will Bring
Experience in managing or playing a lead role in a Café, Restaurant, Bar, and / or KitchenExperience in cooking and the preparation of food itemsMixology and Barista skill base and knowledgeOutstanding guest service, communication, and the ability to relate to and lead a team of all levels of experienceRelevant tertiary qualifications in Tourism / Hospitality Management, Commercial Cookery or equivalent are an advantage (desirable)Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (desirable)What's in it for you?
