This role will focus on servicing inbound sales and service enquiries from travel agents and making outbound calls to travel agents with updated holiday details and proactively upsell, ensuring a seamless experience for our B2B partners.

Job Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Support: Service incoming enquiries from travel agents regarding holiday extensions, add-ons, and upgrading holiday elements.
Outbound Sales Support: Conduct calls to travel agents to give relevant information on their booking and proactively upsell where possible.
Administration: Accurately record and book agreed additional/amended holiday elements.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, providing them with the support they need to succeed in selling our offerings.
Sales Assistance: Assist travel agents in the booking process, utilizing product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell additional services and packages.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and bookings in our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Call Centre Manager and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales initiatives.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from travel agents regarding their experiences and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year's travel agent experience.
Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Proficient in using a CRM software and other relevant technology.
High-level data entry accuracy.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
