About the role:
Kick-start your culinary career in a dynamic team environment where you will gain a comprehensive working and learning experience in a 3 year - Certificate III in commercial cookery apprenticeship.
Working within a busy and vibrant team of up to 15 kitchen staff members, your tasks will include:
planning, preparing and creating dishes from several different cuisines
maintaining high standards of food hygiene and knife skills
assisting in the management kitchen operations
Assist with the catering of functions and events
Hours of work:
Little Creatures is open 7 days a week from mid-morning to late at night. Therefore, you will need to be available for a 7-day rotating roster which may include night and weekend shifts.
