As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our footprint across the Crestmead by:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities and revenue streams.
* Positioning yourself as a trusted client solutions partner.
* Driving revenue growth to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
* Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
* Providing accurate quotes, tailored advice, and outstanding customer support.
* Coordinating with clients on job progress, delivery schedules, and rental solutions.
* Spending time in the field with customer site visits to strengthen partnerships.
Based out of our Crestmead branch this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 7am-5pm.
We want someone with hunger, drive, and resilience who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities. Alongside aligning with our values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement, you will bring:
* 2+ years' experience in a business development, sales, or account management role.
* A proven record of achieving sales growth and building strong client relationships.
* Industry experience in equipment hire will be highly regarded.
* A results-driven mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Strong time management, planning, and organisational abilities.
* Motivation to deliver exceptional customer experiences every time.
* Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a long-term career focus.
* A current driver's licence.
