About your new role?
This is a rare opportunity to obtain a secure, full-time, Monday to Friday position with a company that values its employees, offers a supportive working environment, and has a genuine desire to see our people succeed.
Working in this close-knit team and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers;
* Providing a high level of customer service;
* Assisting in the management of stock;
* General warehousing duties as required;
* Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing; and
* Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* Ability to build relationships with trade customers;
* A current forklift license or willingness to undertake this (company funded);
* Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members and customers; and
* Ability to communicate effectively to ensure our customer's expectations are met or exceeded;
* A driver's license; and
* Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical.
