The Head of Department will lead the daily operational implementation of inclusive education at our school.
* Operational Leadership of Inclusive Education is a key aspect of this role.
* NCCD Operational Leadership requires strong leadership skills.
* Case Management involves working with students who have diverse needs.
* We are looking for someone to build staff capability through the delivery of professional learning and development opportunities.
* This role requires Line Management of the inclusion team.
* We are seeking a partner with Curriculum HODs to ensure curriculum alignment for adjusted programmes.
* Collaboration with Guidance Officers is also an important aspect of this role.
* This position involves working with Year Level teams on attendance, engagement and behaviour within an inclusion framework.
